When you send us a message, apply for a role or leave a comment, we keep what you give us: your name, your email and whatever you write. A job application also includes the resume you attach.

That's all. No tracking cookies, no analytics scripts, no advertising pixels.

Messages reach our team so we can reply. Applications are read by the people hiring for that role. Comments appear publicly, next to whatever you commented on.

We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with anyone for marketing.

Your data sits with established cloud providers, encrypted on its way to them, and only our team can reach it. Resumes go to private storage that can't be opened from the web.

A few trusted providers keep the site running: hosting, storage and email delivery. They handle data only to provide those services to us.

Academy videos play through YouTube's privacy-enhanced player, which loads only when you press play. The site also remembers a small preference or two in your browser, such as whether animations are on, and your chat with Nex stays in the tab until you close it. None of it is used to track you.

• Messages: until the conversation wraps up, then deleted within 90 days.
• Job applications: 12 months after the role closes, then removed.
• Admin accounts: as long as the account is active.

Ask us to show you, correct or delete what we hold on you. Email hello@avennex.com and it's done within 7 business days.

When this policy changes, the date above changes with it. Anything significant gets a note on the homepage too.
